I have just been notified via phone that the black card does not receive online or any digital form of monthly statements. These are instead posted to you.
Is anyone with a black card able to access their online statement?
I see this as a tactic where they might delay posting you your monthly statements as a means to charge interest on late payments.
I noticed that too, and my first "month" ended after about 10 days, so i'm expecting a statement in the mail any day now. Just be careful - you can tell when your month has ended on internet banking and also on qantas as the points will be credited when the statement is generated.
