Travelzoo deal - has anyone purchased from them before?

Hi All

I'm interested in buying a deal on travelzoo that includes accommodation. I have never purchased from them before - as the deal is approx $200 i dont want to risk it in case i am unable to claim it and they refuse to give me a refund.

Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with them? I know they are quite popular in the US but not sure about Australia.

    I used them a fair bit in the UK before I moved here. No problems at all.

    Hi sagrules~ I've use travelzoo 4 times for accommodation in Melbourne & for 3 restaurants also. I've never had a single problem with using the vouchers or with service,etc. (If you are thinking though of staying at "The Windsor"-you'd be wasting your money. It's had it's day!)
