Have a look at the picture carefully. $159
Then the OP should post that in the title or description so people know why this might be a bargain…
True. But sometimes mistakes happen. We're only humans. Please forgive OP jv. Have mercy.
mercy is for the weak Luke…. Oh… You are not Luke, mercy given

Just speaking from personal experience, I wouldn't buy this for $20.
I'd suggest others to stay away as well.Do you mind sharing your personal experience?
You can buy four of these or one Tab S !
ill still buy 1 tab s…
Save your money and just buy something better.
Out of interest - what are the specs.
Aldi sells different models under its trademark Bauhn. Here's the possible manual from Tempo Australia
whats wrong with it?
Main / only feature of Aldi electronics is the easy return.
I have returned too many failed Aldi electronics - some dead out of the carton. Tempo Australia (probable manufacturer of this for Aldi) tried to engage me as consultant to improve their abysmal quality - it didn't take much thought to realise that would be an unlikely outcome.
Use for up to 60 days & return without explanation as unsuitable, or up to the end of warranty with receipt & report of fault (it's Aldi - there will almost always be something that fails & staff don't check as I assume they see too many returns) to you get your money back ;-)
After 60 days it cannot be taken back to store it must be sent to the warranty company via mail. It's at Aldi's expense. I've tried to return both of the units I own.
If there is no fault found with the units you send in for wqrranty you will be charged for the service and for the postage. failure to pay the bill for sending them a not faulty product means they hold your unit until you pay the bill.
I own two of these and just had one repaired under warranty.
My kids use them. I own a nexus 7 2013 and I cannot bare touch the bauhn units. They're slow. Physical buttons are cheap and nasty. Tactile feel of screen is woeful. Battery life is woeful.
Overall the premise you get what you pay for just doesn't apply with these units… They are absolute horrible value at this price.
I could not recommend these units. They are cheap and nasty.
BTW Aldi's warranty service has horrible communication albeit reasonably quick at 2 weeks to repair one of the tablets that failed.
It depends on the model. Who did you send it to?
Different models have different manufacturers/ distributors, for the cheapest cost, & badged with Aldi's trademark.
Should not have to send to manufacturers under consumer law - store has to deal with it. (They don't want to, so give refund.) I've just handed the faulty tablets back at counter for full refund. (I was probably asked if I had contacted the manufacturer, which I then explain how painful that experience was. After that, they hand over the money as they have heard it before.)
Contacting the "manufacturer" is a horrible experience. I found I knew more about the products than they did, hence the job offer. (They rang me to say my Whirlpool PVR posts were sent to China to improve quality of Bauhn PVRs. So consumer posts become their quality control!)
As a general rule with Aldi electronics over say $25 - it's crap. (Just found my phone's spellchecker substitutes 'cheap' for 'crap'. Waiting for it to substitute 'Aldi'.)
