Even with half the points you are still saving more money by using the telstra tickets. It would cost an average person $15.50 per ticket normally (more with booking fees, 3D etc.) So you get a free ticket after 6 movies? $15.50 value. However, the saving of $4.50 x 6 is $27 using the telstra system. And then with points on top you get an additional $7.75 every 6 movies. Points are a bit of a gimmick really and anyone that purchases full price to get the higher amount of points has rocks in their head.
