Buying/Selling Entertainment Book for weekend holiday

I plan on going to Sydney for 4 days in a week's time and thinking about buying a Sydney Entertainment Book for my time spent in Sydney.
The cost of the book will cost $50 using https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/152622. (Getting a trial for Perth to buy the Sydney one. )
I'm planning to have dinner at Black by Ezard which has a coupon for 25% off (max $50 discount) which will already pay for the book itself. Plus I'm planning to dine at Din Tai Fung as well which will put me up ahead.

My question is would it be possible to sell my digital subscription to someone and if so for how much should I be expecting?
(If I do plan on selling, I would create a new disposable email just for the entertainment book)

Also, any recommendations on things to do/places to eat in Sydney?
