I'm in the market for a VPS. I want to run both a CS:GO server and a Teamspeak server on it. The CS:GO server would be used very infrequently- and the teamspeak server used a lot. I currently host the teamspeak server on DigitalOcean but feel I am paying too much for just the teamspeak server ($5 month). Is it possible top host both servers on one VPS? Where is the best place to rent one? Should I just grab a HP microserver?

$5/month is cheap, but remember Digital Ocean doesn't have a presence in Australia. That means your ping will be high.
Have a look at lowendbox.com. Lots of cheap deals.
Actually $5 is pretty cheap, you can sometimes find even cheaper ones that are using OpenVZ… I think those are highly oversold but still usable, for a little while anyway.
If you don't already own a HP Microserver — assuming costs ~$400 for the server + 2 drives — it would be much more affordable paying $5-$10 per month to have a VPS hosted. Yes it is possible to host both CS:Go and Teamspeak on one single VPS.
What location are you looking at? I assume would be Australia for low latency gaming? What kind of resource requirement for CS:Go? For cheap Australian VPS, have a look at
