Last I checked (today), there were 3 copies. They also had 2 copies of Animal Crossing:New Leaf for $22, of which I bought one today, as well as a battered copy of Wind Waker HD and Lego City undercover Wii u, both for $32.

Just found out from my local HN that they are having a half price sale on all games.
was it only local store or nation wide?
Don't know, but I assumed it was nationwide since both Harvey Norman's had the same price.
Got the Lego city undercover from the same store delivered to Sydney. Thanks!
The Good Guys at Wetherill Park had a copy of Animal Crossing, Wind Waker, Lego City and Super Mario 3D World and accessories were on special as well, but I don't know if they were half price.
