PS3 (and PS2, XBOX) clearance bins at Harvey Norman Joondalup. I saw games like: Mirror's Edge (SEALED) $30, NFS:Undercover (SEALED) $40, Tomb Raider Special Edition $40. Other titles there were Bioshock and Legendary as well!

note - don't be sucked in with "50% off" because those "ticketed" prices are usually a lot more than what you pay for elsewhere
e.g. NFSU is usually $50 from JB. still, $40 is cheapest i've seen it yet — but it will prob get cheaper once the new shift version is released
