I found this site selling Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 keys for $79.99USD. Is it a scam or legit? www.keygocheap.com
They accept paypal but I have never used a website that sells product keys before so I am not very educated on the process / practice.

That did not inspire me to go buy the software keys, so I can download my softwares in a few hours.
I loved the tandem ending though hahahah.
The reason why it is fake :
Look at the website name, it doesn't inspire one shred of confidence
Look at the 'contact us' section, they use generic email. Proper companies will try to use non-generic emails.
Paypal may create false sense of security. They can just send you a piece of paper. They'll win if they can prove that they deliver it.
Look at the policy section, compare it to other websites. A little bit too short and wording doesn't look as good as others. They even have 'chargeback' section lol
It has unknown reputation on Scamadviser.com. The website is fairly new, only 70 days old.
The expectancy life of the website is only one year, a known method used by website conducting fraud and selling fake products.
Google "keygocheap review" and you will see good reviews. But don't get your hope high, all the reviews are from new members with only one review.
I will stay clear of this website.
But I could be wrong though.
For starters Office Pro Plus is a Volume License product, not retail. That should ring the first alarm bell.
The second alarm should ring when you find out that RRP on an Office Pro Plus license is $822.73 ex GST.
It's either a stolen legit key, or the typical MSDN keys you see on Ebay. Either way it's a scam
