Best capacitive stylus for taking notes?

What is the best capacitive stylus for taking notes, precision drawings ect? This is for my HP Envy X2.

Think this was the best/most accurate stylus https://thestyluscompany.com/adonit/adonit-jot-classic-red but that's from last year not sure if there are any newer ones.

I used the Adonit Jot Pro with the Surface RT and found that it frequently 'skips' while writing.

Here is a review where the problem was also mentioned.
