will be fine for chicken, and most things……10-11mj isn't uncommon, and will suffice for most people. If you wanted to cover the grill with inch thick steak on a windy day, yes, you'd probably want higher.
This model and most of the ones that they sell in BBQG are their own brand which I found out then other day when buying one.
Interesting that they are only offering a 1 year warranty when then one we bought came with 3 years…
Ive got this BBQ. Its alright, heats up fast.
But washing it is a pain unless you place foil everywhere…This BBQ is always half price. I bought the beefmaster with windows from BBQ galore, the sales assistant said if I want something that can cook a good piece of steak then this one will not suffice. I'm happy with the model I bought despite it costing a little more!
I had this BBQ, they say its worth $800! what a load of garbage. Its not even worth the $400 they are asking on sale. i reckon its worth around $200, probably less. It was a very nasty cheap little bugger and i ended up with a refund a year. The gas ink dials wipe strait off with a wet cloth, the paint turned a wierd colour and came off, and on and on. Just rubish quality .Stay away from this particular one. The Beefmaster is a better choice. Just to ad though, BBQS galore were excelent in all of thier dealings with reguards to my faulty BBQ thats why I still buy from them.
now I'm REALLY glad I went up.
