Live is supposed to be fast moving, logging "events" as it happens. It is not designed as a "view" for the deals and their current status.
I came here to post the exact same thing. I like to browse the live feed to see what's trending, and it's fairly annoying when something catches my eye and I click (say, the eBay deals from two weeks ago, DSE eneloop deals, the VAIO Pro laptops ), only to find that it expired a while ago but still has somewhat active discussion. It's obviously not a huge issue, but I'd like it if there was a simple [E] or something there.
