On 31 December 2013 I ordered a deal through LIVING SOCIAL and the retailer was ePACIFIC. The product was "band looms", a craft toy very popular with kids. Well. it is now 4 July 2014, six months later and in spite of more than half a dozen emails to LIVING SOCIAL and ePACIFIC I still don't have the band looms or a refund. LIVING SOCIAL ducks and refers me to ePACIFIC and ePACIFIC
keeps promising to send my order but never actually does…….
So buyer beware: think twice before getting involved in any LIVING SOCIAL deals and definitely avoid an offer originating from ePACIFIC.
