I was in Lincraft yesterday and skimmed through their sales catalogue on the way out of the store - sorry, I forgot to take a pic or grab a catalogue (not available online) so can someone please verify if you're near a store..
Front page stated that all fabrics were 1/2 price instore from 17 Jul 14 (didn't note down end date; applies to floor stock only).
Confirmed that this is running today 19/07/2014, and asked the staff when it ends…. Sale ends Sunday 27th July.
50% off all fabric in store (And online too), they also had around 40% off bedding and towels when we looked instore.

Sew amazing! Actually it's not a bad deal, every time I visit a lincraft store, I've seen fabrics there since 5 years ago. Great to pick up lining and solids, outside that everything else is a bit dismal.
