Wastes a lot of nori cutting to size. Waste of money and time. Stick with using a sushi mat. It's not rocket science.

Don't buy this because it's useless. I bought one from another Chinese site for $10 and it doesn't make perfect sushi. The bamboo mat makes better sushi than anything else.
