Android App - Oz Public Holidays+ for Feedback

Hi everyone,

I've recently launched Oz Public Holidays+ app on the Android Play store for $0.99. You can get it here,

I would appreciate it, if the OzBargain community would support this app and give me some feedback. If I get a good response, I would be happy to reduce the price or even make it free for the OzBargain community members.

    Sorry to say that if I need public holiday info I would just use the browser not a $0.99 cent app. If people need the info all the time they can set a bookmark short cut on the launcher.

    Duly noted. Valid point.
    I would say it gives you offline access to information, allows you to add dates to your calendar, etc etc :-)
    But valid point you have.

    Sorry to poop on your parade OP, but your paid app is basically replicating something that Google Calendar already does. You can subscribe to Interesting Calendars and automatically populate your Android / Web calendar with lots of different holidays of different countries / religions.

    Google Calendar already has Public Holidays taken care of:

    And you can sync it to your Android calendar app by hitting Settings = Calendars to Display = tick "Holidays In Australia".
