Hey guys.
What should I buy either the Samsung galaxy tab 3 8" or the Note8"??
The note seems to be around $100 more.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8" or Note 8"?
Comments
My Vote is for the note!!
I had the same choice to make recently. The real decision is price and whether the better specs of the Note 8 is worth it for you.
Now the note 8" has dropped in price so when I looked pricing of the 2 were similar.
BingLee $349 4g
Meyer $279 WifiAt bing lee the Galaxy tab 3 is
BingLee $389 4g
Bing Lee $288 WifiSo if they are the same price, my vote is for the Galaxy Note as its more powerful and you get the s-pen. I bought it and so far I am loving the spen capabilities. I use it for work all the time.
However I am sure you can get the tab 3 for cheaper, I have seen some deals for the 4g down to $270. If thats the case, the galaxy tab 3 is an impressive tab, and the dollars in your pocket may of interest to you.
Lots of comparisons of the 2 devices online if u are still not sure..

Staticice still shows it at $277. U can see if u can go into a store and still get that. They seem to be the type that can negotiate with u.
http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?price-min=100…Kogan is $299, but charging shipping at the moment.

I got the Samsung galaxy tab 3 8" yesterday .
Officeworks have it advertised for $249 but very few stocks have stock - its because samsung are about to release the newer model so this is a run out. I checked a few DSE, JB HIFI and BigW stores and none have stocki eventually managed to find it at david jones (dick smith) and asked them to price match which they did.
I sold my Samsung Tab 3 8" as I wasnt very happy with the display especially when used for reading. The text wasnt as sharp as i hoped to be.
I just bought a Samsung TabPro 8.4" from Kogan for $319. Its an amazing tab. Definitely, worth the upgrade. Great sharp screen for reading and browsing. Videos play great too. Plus, the device run on zippy android Kitkat 4.4 which was a bonus.I Ended up getting the Note 8" :)
So 2 weeks later, what are your thoughts?
Totally awesome!! Fast as and the quality of the product is top notch with tonnes of little features. Worth the $299 price I paid :)
ok drag this up but a note 8 or a galaxy tab s 8.4
will probably make calls with it (I had a p1000)
The Tab 3.0 is a low price, mid-spec device, with a dual core CPU. Nothing innovative about this tablet, and a bit overpriced IMO. Try the LG G Pad if you want something fast. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/149386
Note 8 is premium-priced, high speced with a quad Exynos 4412 and S-pen.
