Monitor for Gaming

I'm looking at getting this as a replacement for my now 6+ year old Samsung monitor:

Any thoughts on it? Good/bad? Would appreciate the feedback :)

Try to compare prices with MSY, sometimes you can find it cheaper elsewhere. As for this monitor, it should be fine for gaming.

5ms refresh isn't too bad.

Be warned though it only has 2 HDMI ports or dsub (vga).

No DVI..

  I've got a GTX 580 vid card which supports hdmi, vga and dvi so I'm sorted I think?

    My 570 has hdmi also, I just don't personally like hdmi on my current screen, Windows defaults loadup to the second screen (attached by DVI) and it just annoys me. No quality difference that I can tell though.
