Yes MOG is the best
I think RDIO do now.
Spotify does, although you have to subscribe to it ($11.99/month).
MOG is the one, it's even unmetered on Telstra's network. You can redeem 2 months service voucher from flybuy for 2000pts.
JB music is another choice. However, I would stick to MOG as I use their bigpond mobile broadband.
