Mum has no money, but needs a new laptop. She's also in the arse end of nowhere, so only has access to chain stores (DS, Officeworks, etc.)
Main uses are basic: Internet, email, word processing. MS Word is a must, so not keen on Android / Chromebook. It's also just easier to coach her through Windows from the real world (remotely).
