Cheapest I've found in Aus is AUD$178 without watchdogs from MSY
Make sure you choose the "With Watchdogs" style before adding to basket. This doesn't effect pricing.
hmm this doesn't seem like such a great deal… i mean its $141.03 US you get a sandforce based 240GB SSD including shipping + watchdogs. but its 2012 released drive.
Alternatively you can get the very well received (and just released) Corsair MX100 256 GB for ~$117US including shipping to AUS: http://www.amazon.com/Crucial-MX100-adapter-Internal-CT256MX…
then get uPlay key for watchdogs from cjs-cd keys for $42:
http://www.cjs-cdkeys.com/products/Watch-Dogs-CD-Key-for-Upl…
So that's $159 for a current gen SSD + watchdogs
