Sure, it may be a Euro macrobrew, it might be in a can and it may not have quite the character of some German or Czech beers, but it also has a higher alcohol percentage (5.6% and 5.2%). So, more bang for buck! It also has the ability to match plenty of hearty, wintry meals. Schnitzels, Bigos, I'm looking at you guys. Pour it into glass for a little touch of class.
If it's on clearance, it could well be short-dated. Your call there. But in the end, it's 12 litres of beer!!That's 33% more than a case of local beer, and with the extra alcohol %, up to a whopping 19 standard drinks extra over a case of say, VB. I'm off to swim in Polish beer…
