Buying a scoopon from fellow ozbargainer

So somebody wants to sell me a scoopon I missed out on, no idea if they're on the level but I could really use it. Anyway to do this safely?

No way of doing it safely unless you agree to meet at the place where you will use the scoopon so you can ascertain the validity of the voucher
