grey imported phone, anything need to be aware?

if i am going to hk imported Samsung phone, do I still have Samsung warranty?

Yes but not Australian Samsung warranty. The Samsung warranty will apply to whichever country of origin the phone is from.

Dont break it and you're fine :)
but seriously, warranty is going to be a pain in the ass. You send it to the seller. Seller sends it to their overseas warehouse, warehouse sends it to Samsung HK, Samsung fixes it, and then reverse the shipping cycle.

  And that's if the seller doesn't claim 'water damage' that doesn't exist. You will have to return it to them for any repairs needed at your own cost both ways.
  
  And depending on who the seller is, do your research. Some are well worth steering clear of.
