hi, my Big W order during clearance sale got cancelled after 4 days, got an email said that the items are out of stock, then called their customer service team ask whether if i can go in store and find the product, if yes, in store need to sell it to me at the price i paid online, the person said yes.
then i went in store and the store manager refused to sell the items at the price given online where i purchased at the 1st place.
any suggestions what i can do next?

Probs call big W customer service again and hand the store's name and manager you spoke to so they can arrange something between them.
