Is there a way to pay these off i.e. 0% interest credit card with no fees? etc? I have constant income that is reliable but I don't want to just empty my wallet entirely for a fortnight.

GE offer interest free options, sign up for the credit card (usually an annual fee of ~$59) but interest free up to 6 months (quoted from the link).
Have you got personal experience with them though? I'm wary of companies like GE unless of course you've dealt with them and it was a good experience that really was only $59 signup and had to be paid in under 6mo.
GE provides credit for many different cards promoted by many different companies.
I have a GE GO Mastercard and it's fine I mostly use it for interest free purchases and the occasional other item which I pay off before I incur interest.
The only problem you could run into is if you didn't pay off the purchase before the promotional period expired (various offers available through various retailers), if you didn't pay it off the interest rate on those promos is very high.
But IMO only idiots get caught out.

Been keeping an eye on Dell's eBay store hoping those planets would align, but they haven't applied the discount to the single U2713HM (yet), damn it. Just sent an eBay question to ask if they can carry over the discount for the single monitor.
$289 for U2714H (a 27 inch IPS 1080p monitor, comes with 3yr premier panel warranty)

Could I mount a Intel NUC on a VESA mount on one of these? Seems like the stand connects to the panel via the VESA mount…

It looks like the stand blocks out the VESA mounting holes.
I dont think you would be able to VESA mount the NUC

Just got a response from the Dell eBay store rep saying they believe the two monitor special will end on eBay in a few hours. Hope that belief turns out to be incorrect. No news of a discount for single U2713HMs, only the suggestion that there will be new discounts every day in the lead up to EOFY.
I bought one of these deals which arrived on Friday! They are great. If anyone wants to split the deal I will be offloading the 2nd monitor as I only need one.

I just got one from their 30% off deal. Love it! None of the reported backlight bleed issues some have reported.
It didn't stop me getting one now but it's possible that a new model will come soon. Looking at past 2yr releases around August and regular deals on this one. Total guess work by me though, not got any actual knowledge so don't hold me to it.
