I was looking for myself a good second hand on ebay but I saw this tonight and will order one for myself.
I rhink its a really good deal a specially when you compare second hand prices with ebay :)

  I was just looking at these at TheGoodGuys for $347.
  $279 is a very good price.
  The outgoing 10" is also cheap at $329.
