I bought a phone from them a while ago and suffered endless stuffing around while they were supposedly waiting for stock, but refused to tell me when said stock would arrive. This after I paid my money on the basis that their website said it was in stock.
I haven't used their telco services though so can't comment, but their customer service (at least for me) was totally rubbish…
YMMV though, why not just sign up for a free trial and see how it goes?
I am on their trial now, I ran out of their trial 1GB data last week. Apparently, I can't buy an extra data pack until my current one expires, which is 1/2 month from now. If I want more data, I will have to use pay as you go rates, which is really expensive. I think I won't be continuing with them.
Appalling data-pack price increases recently. Better offers - at every plan level - elsewhere.
By all means avail yourself of the '30 day free trial' with 1GB of data (used to be 3GB).
