Toys R Us are having a "Click Frenzy" sale (dunno what the occasion is THIS time - EOFY? :-p).
Beside the Wii U deals (mentioned https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/149086), they also have 3DS XLs for $200 (from a RRP of $250).

Dunno if they have click-&-collect, but postage is $9 if required. Still the cheapest I've seen for 'em for a while without a trade-bait game included as a bundle.
