I think its just an online thing; you find a coupon you're interested in and then print it out, plus they might send you a fortnightly email with deals that apply to your area. I've only ever recieved the DVD, not even any emails.
I joined this lot a while ago and apart from when i first joined, i don't think i've had any emails from them at all.
the dvd's arent bad, good for mother's day stalls at school if for nothing else lol
