giftvouchers.com.au sell digital vouchers for various stores (there's a $2.75 surcharge for emailing them). Dymocks.com.au also have them (with no surcharge) for either online or in-store use.
buy a woolworths/coles/etc card from your local store and tell them the card number + pin. online use only of course without a physical card
