I needed a softshell/windstopper cycling jacket as the early mornings are getting too cold for a jersey and arm warmers with a wind vest. I already have a good cycling rain jacket (Gore cycle wear) and I wanted a warmer softshell that I could wear on cold frosty mornings but not necessarily wet/rainy mornings. I found this 2XU jacket on a massive discount at Amazon.com It seems that the Size Large is a lot cheaper than the other sizes for some reason. Not sure I love the colour but for $50 instead of the $150 I thought it would cost me I am happy to give it a go.

    yep, unfortunately I didnt buy back then but bought one of these now, pity as I like the black better! 2XU outlet has gone back up to $220.00

  I went to the 2XU outlet and asked if they would do a price-match as Amazon was selling the same jacket for $40 that they wanted $220 for. They politeluy wrote back and said that whilst they wouldnt do a pricematch they were going to have a sale next week and this jacket would be one of the otems in the sale. If it is a sale like the one from last year, I might buy a 2nd jacket!
