I am looking at creating a bootable Windows 7 installation USB which includes all of the latest Windows Updates to date. Sick of installing Windows onto a new machines then waiting hours for updates to download and install.
It used to be called slipstreaming back in the Windows XP days, but I don't know if this is the correct terminology anymore.
Can anyone recommend any software or guides for doing so?

Instructions for Win 8.1 however you will use practically the same tools to achieve the result in 7.
