WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

Promotion commences on 02/06/2014 and entries close 2pm AEST on 14/07/2014 (“Promotional Period”).

HOW TO ENTER?

To be eligible to enter, individuals must during the Promotion Period either;

Enter the promotion through the Antibiotics Resistance application on the Facebook Platform. Individuals can locate the Antibiotics Resistance application on the Antibiotics Resistance tab found on the NPS Medicinewise Facebook page on Facebook (www.facebook.com/npsmedicinewise) (“NPS Page”). Individuals must “Like” the NPS Page and “take the pledge” and complete the promotional entry form in the same session to be eligible for the prize.

PRIZES:

The first three (3) valid and correct entries drawn will each win an Apple iPad Air 16GB with WiFi valued at $598. Each iPad Air is pre-loaded with an NPS Medicines List app and other helpful tools.

Total prize pool value is $1,794.00. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
