Ads by Keep Now - how to remove it?

I started seeing "Ads by Keep Now" as a banner in my Chrome browser. Does anyone see this before and have any suggestion how to remove it? Tia.

The problem is I couldn't find any program with name that I can uninstall from the Control Panel and there is no extension in the Chrome settings that I can remove.

  What happens when you reset your browser settings? does it still show up? Is IE and Firefox affected?
  
  If it still shows up even after resetting browser to defaults, then it's possible you may have an infected Hosts file.
  
  And did your malware scans show anything?
  
  If you cannot remove using ADWcleaner, MalwareBytes et cetera, you should probably head to BC forums to get some help

I ran ADWcleaner twice. It seems to have fixed the problem…fingers crossed. Thanks everyone for input.
