  • Anyone got their vouchers yet? Mine hasn't arrived and I'm still worried that they never processed my purchase as part of the deal. No mention at all of it through payment until now.

    • Vouchers will be emailed by 12pm EST 17.06.2014.

I know they gave that deadline, but was curious if anyone had gotten them yet. Also if no mention of them throughout purchasing was standard or not. If nobody received any emails or notifications then it's nothing to worry about.

Just starting to worry I wasn't processed for the voucher.

    • Only begin worrying if it hasn't arrived by the advised date. Others will let you know when they begin receiving them. If there are any problems contact customer service.

    • I'm not concerned as I'm sure they'll come through - but it's pretty poor user experience with this deal as in confirmation that it qualifies for the vouchers, the value you'll receive, etc. Seriously it wouldn't take too much effort to provide details/words/anything to provide some assurance..

      /rant/whing/crying off

Happy with the headphones for the price though so I should just stop my complaining :)

      • Valid concern. It's worth lodging that feedback directly with COTD. It would be nice if there was a solid confirmation after placing orders when running this type of promotion.

But it's far more fun ranting here!

        • Yeah love a bit of a rant. Atleast one person has received their store credit now. So hopefully it isn't long before we all have it.

Have you checked your account? I haven't received any email yet. I only noticed it when I logged into my account.

        • Yeah checked and it had $0.00 store credit balance. Still got a bit over 24 hours though.

        • Actually, just under 15 hours.

        • Damn was thinking they had til midnight, not lunchtime. Now I'm thinking I won't be getting it at all. Seems about my luck.

      • I have my $50 credit in my account.. still torn if i should buy another pair for $50 hehe

        • Is the expiry 1 year for you too?

        • Yeap.. june 2015..

Hey guys, just logged into my account and the $100 store credit is there. Just click on My Account and you should see it there. Expires Tue 16th June 2015. This is a bonus because it originally said vouchers would be valid till 30/7/14.

If you are looking for another set of these headphones they have them for $99.95 with free shipping from this deal https://www.catchoftheday.com.au/event/39372/product/sennhei…. Don't use this deal https://www.catchoftheday.com.au/event/38571/product/sennhei… otherwise you will get charged shipping.

The credit is also available in my grocery run account too.

    • Yep same here:

      Store Credit balance: $100.00
(expires Tue, 16 Jun 2015 AEST)

Very happy it has a year expiry rather than the originally quoted month (or there-abouts).

But now I'll be procrastinating for the next year trying to get the best value deal with my store credit!

      • Well email says 31/7/14. Make sure you take a screen shot of your account page incase there are any disputes.

          Excellent advice - done!

(I'm going to chat with them now to find out for sure)

EDIT: Just had a chat with them and their response was:

i have check your account and I can confirm that the expiration date of your Store credit will be 16 June 2015

I have an email of the conversations too, so should be no issue :)

        • Please let us know how you go.

        • Edited original reply with details of conversation with COTD.

        • Thanks. Good work.

  • Just got an email from COTD at 9.59am..

    "Hi there!

Thanks for participating in our Cash Match promotion. We have just credited your account with $50 to spend on any item site wide.

To redeem, simply login to your account using email [email protected] and start shopping!

    Note: Credit expires 31/07/2014

    Kind Regards,

But, when I log into my account it shows as

    Store Credit balance: $50.00
(expires Tue, 16 Jun 2015 AEST)

    • Take a screen shot. I don't want to use my credit until I find something I really want to buy.

  • Been after a new mouse so bought one of these as my aging logitech g500 is on its last legs..

    http://www.catchoftheday.com.au/event/39448/product/logitech…

$69.95 normally which is a pretty decent price considering it's a new 2014 product and it's the second cheapest on static ice.. I have noticed that COTD seems to sell a lot of older type products that possibly didn't do too well in normal retail channels but have been discounted to sell on their site.. kinda like an NQR..

    $28 delivered.. nice discount :)
