Yes, also depending on what type of shipping you use. Sal is the cheapest but slowest and no tracking, ems faster and has tracking

usually cheaper then local stores by quite a margin, but sometimes the big bulky ones, after factoring in shipping, it would work out to be more or less the same as buying local

Sean: paints (spray or otherwise) are much harder to come by, apparently they are considered hazardous material so it is a nightmare for customs declarations and the airlines won't even touch them, so most online shops don't bother selling them anymore
