Made a slight mistake, bought something $499, thought it got applied (hooray) but not it all gets really muddled up at the end. Looks like the discount may not have been applied.
They only refund twice a month apparently (14th and 28th lol) might have to get the concierge to force a refund straight off and blame it on them instead lol.

Error: Voucher CENT150 has already been usedThere's nothing stopping you from having another account…and I doubt it when this got sent out, it says only the basic (Amex's speak for the primary) card holder and supplementary's can't use it.
Now I'm thinking can I stack it with PLAT100.

Ages! And good luck obtaining order and consignment numbers from your online account in order to track them online - the system is not user friendly!
BE WARNED - I've just had a call from Langton's advising that almost $1500 has been taken from my card, due to a computer script error coming up when I tried to order using this code a number of times (I thought it hadn't worked, but they'd charged me each time). They don't expect to be able to refund the monies for another 5 business days. No apology provided or offer of any compensation. Very poor form!
