Crumpler aren't exactly cheap but well designed and high quality
Depends on your needs, I suppose. I make do with this. Not the greatest camera bag in the world, but works for me. The zip side pockets is where I carry my spare battery, spare SD card, lens cleaning pen and brush. The seam on the shoulder 'padding' has started to come off, so it'll fall off from the strap in 2-3 months time.
