Thanks for the advice. I managed to add the item to my cart, but now I'm having the same problem as Voolish (i.e. my item keeps getting removed).
I tried to pay using paypal and it removed it from my cart. I used GETUSVPN to successfully add the item to my cart. Can't figure out how to get it to stop removing the item from my cart before i get a chance to make the purcahse using CC. I can't even figure out how to delete the account and recreate it.
Is your PayPal address in Australia? Try linking a fake US address.

Try your Aussie credit card with a fake US address, hasn't failed me yet. (I've heard of other having problems though)

Tried with Paypal, failed. Created new account, tried with 28 degrees mastercard and USA address, also failed, but it put 2x $1 charges on the card (they say they put a $1 holding charge). Now I can't remove the card, replace it with a different one, or delete the account, I'm down $2 (hopefully will be refunded in a few days), and can't purchase the game. Any ideas? :p

I've had a horrible experience with gamefly as well. If you want to delete your credentials you actually have to submit a contact form request to remove it - you cannot do it yourself.

I also got the same email last night. They rang me this morning on my aussie mobile…lol.. wanted to confirm the last 4 digits of my MasterCard and my billing address… thought I was a goner when I had to supply my billing address. Confirmed the address, suburb and stopped before I gave out he zip code. Gave my 4 digit aussie postcode and she accepted that and now I have a confirmation email with steam key… mind you it was for the legendary skyrim pack with all dlc…didn't check if that was US only or not. I did use my US VPN to purchase though…
