          If everyone ordered 14 boxes for $31.50 she would only be getting 1 point per order.

        • I am guessing some members added other groceries and the orders were over $30 each time. Only guessing. Anything is possible.

  • I think Woolworths are going to cancel a lot of orders :(
    Last time I ordered online, some of the products were not in stock and money refunded.
    Hope they ordered enough stock before promotion.

  • Thanks for the heads up. I was amazed at $2.25 each so I bought 5 boxes. That's unheard of. Lets see though if Woolies have the stock for the demand as I used up one of my free deliveries for this but have added some on special items that I also required.

    I must say it is very heart warming to see folks here giving out EDR card numbers to help make sure every parent is able to stock up on wipes :)

    • You need to choose a weekend delivery. Sat and sun delivery is free ATM.

      My order is supposed to be here at 8:30-9, haven't recieved any out of stock emails so legs see what turns up!

  • Can anyone confirm expiry date? Saw one poster saying end 2014? Don't think I can go through 5 x 480 wipes within 6 months.

    • u can always use them to clean other stuff….. tables chairs etc….

    I got ten boxes of the once upon a time spewing I didn't order more but didn't want to seem greedy

  • Steggles: If you have a family member in another area you can deliver to try another delivery to them.

    The expiry on my boxes is 19/02/2016 so plenty of time.

      in a previous woolies post, someone mentioned they normally order a week into the future or as long out as it will allow you so that if an item becomes unavailable as this has, there is a chance of restocking before they have a chance to send out your order to you again……..that or maybe click&collect if it is not too out of the way as a number of locations still have click&collect open.

  • no one deliver at the given time frame this morning, no email about cancellation. Just called up now to check and was told no stock and a refund will be given. Should at least send a cancellation email. Very bad customer service

  • What frustration.
    Tried to order online , but below $30 could not complete (discount was applied).
    Went to the store- had 1 box left. No discount applied. Staff said I had to call the call centre as they could not assist. Call centre knew nothing about anything. Did agree to post me a $5 card in 3 weeks.

  • I got the Once Upon A Time brand which I think is a rebranding of the Select stock. I am guessing the reason they had the half price special was to get rid of the boxes which just said Select on them. I only ordered one box but I ordered the Scented version by mistake. I'm hoping to swap these for an unscented box next week when I shop at my usual Woolworths store.

    Ok this is a crazy story i ordered 15 boxes on 1st june to be delivered on 2nd june. Only 3 boxes showed up so i rang customer service and they said out of stock everywhere. I looked online and it said still available, so i ordered 14 boxes @ $2.25 for delivery today and guess what 14 boxes just got delivered lol.

    • I re-ordered as well and no such luck.

  • Really unhappy about this one. No email just didn't turn up with the rest of my order. Money will be refunded in 5-7 days. Awesome - now I have to go down to the shops to buy the wipes. Always fun with a six week old. Only ordered two boxes so it wasn't an 'amount' thing. Disappointed, woolies, disappointed.

  • I spoke to someone and they said all my warehouse is sold out of all wipes. Then when I ask why were they online still she said they do not substitute with certain brands and would have to check their terms. I checked their terms and it says only homebrand isn't substituted. Woolworths select is different to homebrand. Someone here did get substituted Huggies and so forth.

    Ordered 4 scented and 8 unscented. Just received the 4 scented and a refund for the rest. Can't complain…

    Our two year old now has a deadline of 1920 wipes with which to get out of nappies and learn to wipe her own bum!

    • Oh! I never thought that counts as a deadline. If I knew it earlier, I won't give my 2 yo a generous deadline of 10560 wipes to go.

  • I ordered 5 boxes via click and collect and received 5 boxes of Once upon a time. While I was waiting for my shopping to be loaded into my car I noticed an order waiting to be collected….the whole trolley was filled with the nappy wipe boxes. There were 30 plus boxes in that trolley - that had to be another ozbargainer.

    • must have been a big trolley to fit 30 into…All my 17 boxes were once upon a time also.

      • The boxes were stacked in the one trolley but the boxes were stacked to about my height.

    Just spoke to customer service as my order was supposed to be delivered tonight. I could not see if the wipes were out of stock online hence called them. Not very friendly, supposed he must have spoke to several "baby wipes" customers. I asked if he can see it in their system whether or not these wipes are in stock. He said there are none in stock and he is very certain that it will not be substituted as there are no other wipes that can be the substitute. I then asked is this based on his "observation" or does his system shows that it's not being substituted. He repeated himself about how certain he is that the wipes are out of stock nationwide! I then reminded him that my question is "is your system showing that there is no substitution or is it his own observation?" He then said the system is saying no substitution has been made.

    Just to see how accurate their system is, I decided not to cancel my order (I've got other baby stuff in the same order) and see what they will be delivering tonight.

    Just checked online and there are still wipes in stock!!! At full price of course…

    • Of course. I pointed this out today to someone on the phone. Additionally when they made an extra charge to my account which needs refunding. I mentioned I was a student and they asked how I was a baby club member and how the offer was only open to baby club members. I am in my late 20's and even if I wasn't I should not have justify why I signed up to babyclub prior to the special. They are apparently sending out an apology email to the customers. It states in their terms homebrand does not need to be substituted and homebrand and select are the same. Why is there select and homebrand of the same items if the same thing. I was told all wipes of every kind was sold out and then told that they don't substitute some brands with the others. Also they placed the blame on people ordering so many when they set the limit.
