From last year's deal, I'd like to remind you that we do have a group of dedicated Bargain Fighters in the community - Come spar with us!
You can also grab the All-in Costume pack for an additional $3.74, in total making the purchase $11.23, which would be cheaper than buying the SSFIV:AE Complete Pack by $0.76
Here's what the add-on includes, it's basically extra skins for cheap. In my opinion, knowing how much PSN charges for these skins, it's worth it.
SSF IV: Arcade Edition - All-in Costume Pack
Includes 8 items:
* Complete Brawler Pack
* Complete Femme Fatale Pack
* Complete Shadoloo Pack
* Complete Shoryuken Pack
* Complete Classic Pack,
* Complete Challengers 1 Pack

The Guide Section
For those who actually do purchase this game and want some additional information on the characters and how to play them, including basic to advanced mechanics, please refer to the links below.
If you are interested in purchasing a fight stick and play it like how it's played in arcades, I'd recommend the MadCatz series of Tournament Edition sticks, specifically the XBOX type as it doesn't face some of the issues that the PS3 version may have (reported incidents of NVIDIA chipsets clashing with the stick itself). But since installing the game, I've found that the solution is simply plugging the PS3 stick into a USB 3.0 drive.

There was a bug earlier today where it gave you two copies of the game, you could gift the extra copy, then they could gift the extra copy, ∞. Capcom patched it after about 8 hours. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=827548
