Mother (has simple prepaid $19, 90days expiry) and I have ( postpaid $29 montly ) virgin Mobile plans. So all calls between us are free. My brother visiting us for a year so we are looking for the cheapest plan for him where he can call us free or lowest rate.
I am thinking may be we buy same plan as my mother so it will be like $19 x 4 = $76 for a year for him.
Any other better option please suggest?

How old is your brother? Is he only going to use the phone for calls or will he use data too?
Just phone calls that too only to mother and myself.
Sounds like the $19 prepaid is the way to go.

Always good to have everyone on the same network. However, I can imagine your brother will use the phone a lot more compare to your mum, $19 will probably not gonna last long for him.
