    No idea how it's done on Android, but with iOS you can select all and download in iTunes on your PC, then sync.

  Perfect, however after installing 10 from play store, it shows: "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later." Maybe there is a limit on grabbing freebies within a short time frame?

  Edit: There must be a limit, now I have installed 40/41 and was told to wait for a while.
