    I've been to Hong Kong multiple times - they have a whole chain of brick and mortar stores there - you can see it on their site. As for their reliability when it comes to their online store, i have no idea.

  made an order and they cancelled 3 of my items.

  that is, they said 1 item was out of stock so i said they could take it out of my order
  few days after, they said another item was out of stock so i said they could take it out of my order too…
  the next day another item was out of stock, so i gave up ordering from them and cancelled the whole order. i wasn't going to put up with the service they were giving me!

    no, typically you only pay import duty when its over 1k.

  similar experience to sugasw33t. I bought some stuff on the buy one get one free promo, and didn't get the free products! instead of resending, they decided to refund, which was bad because the exchange rate has since gone down.

  I prefer it to StrawberryNet, because Sasa actually has physical stores in HK, Singapore, Thailand etc..
