How to post a bargain?

I can only see "submit" link but that goes to forum posting, but I want to post a bargain?

As mason said, there is a 24-hour delay before new members can submit bargains. See this topic.

I'm fairly certain scotty has made this clear for new members when trying to submit, so please read any and all guidance carefully.

I have to fess, I am only a lurker, my only redeeming feature is that I don't have enough torches and not enough Eneloops. VPN has been weighing me down, way. Maybe the subject has been exhausted but I was unable to find answers. Just curios if others who cut the grass might have similar experiences to me. I believe that I am being watched… Somebody wants my torches. I joined a VPN service but there is always a conspiracy. Please, somebody put me out of my misery.
