i bought one of these last time around (40cents cheaper) and hated the design where the ports on the side of the unit (which are to let the air pass in and out for the inbuilt subwoofer) were too small and would cause "chuffing" (google this if you don't know what it is) making the speaker sound terrible on most of my music collection if it was turned up anywhere near halfway.. for TV listening the problem was obviously not so bad
