Hi there; I just completed an order for a Vans Shoes off Scoopon

But after completing the order; I realised I chose the wrong shoe size!!
I chose size 8 instead of 10 and my feet won't fit in size 8!!

Do you think the Scoopon staff will help me switch my shoe size (since size 10 is still available and the price is same)?? If I talk to them tomorrow, provided they don't ship the shoe out tomorrow, will they change the size for me?

    Most definitely contact them straight away don't wait until tomorrow. Not that they have a contact phone number anyway. All the support is provided via their help centre website.

    I have contacted them via. email but it takes them 2 or more business days to reply.. does anyone have past experiences with Scoopon (ie. the need to change/alter orders before they ship?)
