G day Folks,
so basically on 12 march i bought a S4 from EXPonline and received the phone within a week from the day i order the phone.
i didn't turn on the phone till a week later because i was overseas. everything was fine until i turned it on. the screen could not turn off. i tried manually turn off the screen by pressing the power button but no luck, tried to change screen time out time to 5 secs yet again the screen goes back on a sec later.
tried to hard-reboot the phone, take off the battery, and updated the phone by using OTA update but the problem still persists.
then i decided to email them and they asked me to bring back the phone. shipped the phone and until this date the phone is not fixed yet.
after countless emails of frustration they still could not handle this situation.
i tried to call their number all day long and nobody picking up the phone.
its been 2 months since i bought the phone yet i haven't use the phone for even an hour.
this is a brand new phone why can they just replace it? by the time the phone fixed its a refurbished phone not a brand new phone.
any recommendation what should i do ? this is horrible.
