    It's showing up as $4.99 when you go through the Amazon app to download it though I can see it's currently showing as free via OP's link. I'm on my phone, not sure if that's the issue.

        contact them (under help), have a 'live chat' and ask them for a refund. They should do it within minutes.

      You need to go through the amazon appstore and it will show free.
      P.S.- App doesn't install after downloading.Tried on 2 different devices.Anyone else having same issues?

          It's only free on the .com.au Amazon site, not .com

          Through the Amazon Appstore app, it'll only be free if your Kindle country setting is linked to shop for digital content on Amazon.com.au in your Amazon account.

        It worked for me, but it did take about a couple of minutes to finish. Initially, i thought there was a problem too. I've never experienced an app taking this amount of time to install before.

    Guys either get it using a computer or if on phone, request for desktop site in your browser settings to purchase through the site instead of through the app.

      Yep! Thanks for this. This worked. Went to full site (amazon.com.au), made the purchase, went back to the amazon app then install.

      No luck purchasing through the app directly.

    I was able to do it by uninstalling my appstore, and reinstalling it using the .apk from the .com.au link.
